I ordered the wrong size the first time, totally my fault. I emailed them and got a reply the same day with really clear steps for the exchange, which was a nice surprise.

I sent it back, and they kept me updated once it arrived. The new size was shipped out quickly too, with no "drama" or endless back and forth.

i was a little nervous about buying shapewear online, but the whole return/exchange process made it feel easy. It was "stress-free" overall, and I’d order from them again.

I bought this thinking it would be discreet under dresses, but from what I remember wearing it, it looked bulkier than I expected. The seams were more noticeable than I thought they’d be too. It’s fine for around the house, but I wouldn’t really feel comfortable wearing it out.

I’ll be honest, I was a bit doubtful at first because I’ve had a few online buys lose shape after one wash, so my trust is a little worn down with these things. But this one has actually been fine. I’ve washed it a few times now, just air dried it, and the material still feels firm with no loose threads or odd stretching. So far, I’m happy with my order from shapewearshop.co.za.

I couldn’t believe the condition the package arrived in?! The box was badly crushed, and while the item inside thankfully seems okay, it definitely didn’t leave the best impression. Not really happy with the packaging at all.

My parcel ended up arriving late, and the tracking info was literally never right for me. It barely updated, so I had no real idea where my package was or when it was actually going to show up.

The fit was mostly fine, but the waist felt a little tighter than I expected. Not saying it’s a scam, but I’d probably double-check the measurements before ordering.

I bought these shorts hoping they’d smooth out my tummy a bit, and surprisingly, they actually did. The compression is firm without making me feel like I’m being punished, which is always nice. I wore them all day under a dress and didn’t spend the entire time regretting my choices, so that’s a win

Customer service did get back to me and helped fix my sizing issue, so I appreciate that. It took about two days to hear back though, which felt a bit slow. I think other customers would probably feel better too if updates came through a little quicker.

It looked fine when I first put it on, but after a couple hours it started rolling down and getting tight in random spots. I was just waiting to take it off. Not for me...

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect for the price, but it turned out to be a good deal. The fit was decent and better than I thought it might be. I guess I’d say it was worth the money
